Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is arguably one of the two best shooters. In the single player campaign you command a soldier that is a member of an elite squad that is usually sent behind enemy lines to complete top-secret missions.
Graphically, the game has seen improvements in character models and in object models. Most of the maps show great building details and those maps that have vegetation show how rich the detail are. Using the same engine as Bad Company 1, Bad Company 2 allows you to destroy pretty much everything: vegetation, buildings, vehicles, etc.
The game engine allows for quick action. Maps are larger than those of Call of Duty, so the experience is totally different. Physics is involved in every move that you make. Shooting at long distances requires skill, since bullets drop because of the force of gravity, so you have to aim higher to kill. The online mode is more realistic than last year's game. The only thing that I don't like is that you can actually see the bullets that you fire, which under normal conditions you wouldn't be able to.
In the on-line game there are dozens of weapons to unlock in 4 user classes. You get achievements that give you extra points, so you can play this game for months after you finished the single player campaign.
